Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Tulin Optimal Wellness, we are committed to providing accessible and high-quality wellness and aesthetics services to our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have established the following Late Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policies.

Late Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring a fee. Any credits used for booking will be automatically returned to your account.

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a late cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to the credit card on file.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments will result in a penalty fee of 50% (of the non-member service cost). This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

These policies apply to the following service categories:

• IV Drip Therapy

• Aesthetics

• Consultations and/or follow up appointments

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We enforce a 15-minute rule to accommodate an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment, and you may need to reschedule.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all clients.

 

Refund Policy

Tulin Optimal Wellness does not offer refunds for services rendered.
